UPWARD FLAG FOOTBALL AND CHEERLEADING REGISTRATION 2010

It's time to sign your child up for Upward Flag Football and Cheerleading 2010!

REGISTER EARLY for REDUCED COST! To register, please follow the steps below.

  HOW DO I SIGN UP?

  • Pick up a registration form in the Summit, the Kelview Heights Church Office or DOWNLOAD & PRINT A REGISTRATION FORM

  • Bring or mail completed registration form and fee to: Kelview Heights Baptist Church, 402 W. Scharbauer Dr., Midland, TX  79705. If you have already registered but would like to pay online click here to PAY ONLINE. There is a small processing charge of $1.75 for online payments.

  • This league is for all boys and girls between 1st and 4th grade in the 10/11 school year. Form and registration fee may be dropped off at the church office anytime between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

  REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

  • The early registration cost per child for FLAG FOOTBALL is $65; after July 25, the cost is $75.

  • The early registration cost per child for CHEERLEADING is $65; after July 25, the cost is $75.

  • Deadline for registration is August 22.

  • Flag Football shorts are INCLUDED in the registration cost.

  • Cheerleading mock turtlenecks are INCLUDED in the registration cost.

  • Please make your checks payable to KELVIEW HEIGHTS BAPTIST CHURCH.

  EVALUATION AND ORIENTATIONS:

  • Everyone MUST attend one flag football evaluation or cheerleading orientation.

  • They will take place at the KELVIEW HEIGHTS BAPTIST CHURCH FIELDS.

  • There will be 3 sets of evaluations on July 24, 9:30–11:30 a.m., August 14, 9:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m., and Tuesday August 17 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

  • Cleats Recommended but not required for football.

  LEAGUE SCHEDULE:

  • Practices will start the last week of August. They will practice one night a week Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday.

  • Games are Saturday mornings. The first game is Saturday, September 18 and the last game is Nov. 6.

  • Awards Celebration - TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 9, 2010
