We love our babies here at Kelview! We have a vital and growing (literally) nursery. We know that children are a "gift from the Lord" and thus we strive to see them as such. You can be assured that your child will be well taken care of and loved while you enjoy the worship services and the Bible study classes at Kelview. Our nursery is a beautiful facility that is divided into four areas. The Crib Babies are our newborn and youngest babies who have not yet become mobile. Once they start to crawl they are moved to the Creepers. From there they go to the Small Toddlers when they begin to walk and then to the Toddlers when they become more sure of themselves. When they turn 2 years of age they go to the 2 Year Old Department on Sunday mornings. On Sunday and Wednesday evenings 2 year olds stay in the nursery. At Kelview we take child security seriously. First and foremost, we want to provide a secure environment for every child. We use a positive-identity verification system for check-in and check-out. Additionally, all volunteers and staff who work with our children have been through a background check and screening process prior to working in our nursery. The nursery is led by Lisa Franklin with the help of volunteers who are there to love and nurture your baby. The nursery is available for all Sunday morning and evening services and Wednesday Bible study classes. |
